About Us
Three Horseshoes is a traditional, friendly, welcoming pub and restaurant located in the village of Scotton.
Situated in rural Lincolnshire, the pub is very much a family business. The pub has been run by the Butler family for over 60 years, firstly by Jim and Wynn Butler which was a drinking pub in their day, then handed down to Denise and John Butler who introduced food and recently taken over by Emma and Darren Butler.
Emma has always had a huge Passion for baking, which prior to taking over the running of the Pub had a small business from Home called Butler Bakes. This has led on to the idea of Three Horseshoes Café where you can indulge in some of these delights along with a lovely all day Brunch Menu with a light lunch option from midday.
At Three Horseshoes we welcome a broad range of guests. Many admire our passion for food and love coming to relax with friends and family whilst enjoying our delicious simple but well-cooked food. Other patrons often join us for a refreshing drink after a dog walk or bike ride. We are a dog friendly establishment and welcome friendly, well-behaved dogs in our conservatory for both drinking and dining.
We pride ourselves on using fresh locally sourced produce and we change our menus regularly. Some of our local stockist include Tuckers of Scawby Brook produce the most creamy Ice cream, Eau Valley Store of Scotton for Oils and Honey, Shop House Coffee of Cleatham for their delicious freshly Roasted Coffee. We are also one of Shop House Coffee Click and collect destinations.
We use a very talented florist Gipsy Fleur who is based in Messingham and we work together to make workshops throughout the year.
We aim to create a warm and relaxing ambiance here at the Three Horsehoes Café and hope you come and enjoy the experience.
